According to IPC Bare Act

Section 37 - Co-operation by doing one of several acts constituting an offence (किसी अपराध को गठित करने वाले कई कार्यो में से किसी एक को करके सहयोग करना) -

  When an offence is committed by means of several acts, whoever intentionally co-operates in the commission of that offence by doing any one of those acts, either singly or jointly with any other person, commits that offence.

         जब की कोई अपराध कई कार्यो द्वारा किया जाता है, जब जो कोई या तो अकेले या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ सम्मिलित होकर उन कार्यो में से कोई एक कार्य करके उस अपराध के लिए जाने में साशय सहयोग करता है, वह उस अपराध को करता है।
