Is it compulsory to do practice after BCOM LLB for 3 years?
All the Law Students who are pursuing LLb/B.com.LL.B? /B.A LL.B in confusion that Is it compulsory to do practice after BCOM LLB for 3 years? So After Having read the notification of Bar Council of India where the Bar Council of India and State Bar Council are strongly in favour of 3 Years minimum experience at BAR for being considered eligible to sit for Judicial Service Exam.
